Know Your Fitness

It’s Not a Competition it’s a Lifestyle!

The next couple of months, Project Fitness will be teaming up with various communities in and around DC to assess their fitness equity. Fitness equity represents each community’s fitness level and commitment, which we compute using a set of pre-defined measurements.

Join us for fun and exciting workouts that intersect passion with a drive for community building! Represent your hood and build fitness equity. Become your community’s Fitness Gladiator and join us in our goal to forge healthy and sustainable communities with sweat, grit and determination.  Motivate your friends and family to “know their fitness” and commit to a healthy lifestyle.

Anyone can get involved, and all ages are welcome! Participate, get fit, and learn how your fitness builds your community’s Fitness Equity!

We will be announcing the schedule for each workout in the coming weeks; so stay tuned and follow us on Facebook (projectfitnessdc) and Tweeter (@pfitdc) for important updates.
