Urbox Your Brand

Interactive Workshops to ignite support while individuals engage in painting while learning more about KYF. We believe the preparation of the box is a great community or organization activity and promotion for the know your fitness initiative and the introduction to funders to encourage them to sponsorship box. The Box represents a building block. It Provides a Marketing experience like know other. It also tells a story and symbolizes the concept of KYF.  

What We Do

We will take Box to pop up workouts and events to engage people and collect data. We will sign individuals up during informational so people passing them can capture and register easily. We can do one or two boxes and I will show you how effective we have been with them. Simple stretches and workouts with out jumping unless cleared during specific events.

  • What sort of events are theses boxes at?
    The Ur-Box is usually on display at festivals, targeted locations, fairs and other
    local community activities.
  • Would there be other brands sponsoring?
    The number of brands represented at any event is based on my clients need for
    visibility and budget.
  • Do you sponsor per event, or per box?
    The client sponsor’s the box and based on the arrangement selected, it could be
    available for one or multiple events.
  • Who creates the QR code?
    The QR code is created by us based on information provided by the client.
  • Would we provide you with design files?
    The client provides the design files for the box. However, if none is available,
    we would work with the client to create a design.
  • What is the estimated cost of “sponsoring” one box?
    The cost of the box is determine by the arrangement which could range from
    $2000 up to $3400.

Personal Training

The Project Fitness Urban Athlete’s personal training regimen is based upon the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) Optimum Performance Training (OPT) Model, which is designed to concurrently improve all functional abilities, including flexibility, core stabilization, balance, strength, power, and cardio respiratory endurance (for those of you who are beginners, it just means that the program is extremely comprehensive, and incorporates a holistic/balanced, full-body approach that touches on every part of you as you progress).

The model is further divided into three main levels; stabilization, strength and power, which are in turn sub-divided into five unique phases:

  • Phase 1 – Stabilization Endurance
  • Phase 2 – Strength Endurance
  • Phase 3 – Hypertrophy
  • Phase 4 – Maximal Strength Power
  • Phase 5 – Power

The approach works like ascending a staircase, starting from stabilization at the bottom to strengthen your physical core, going upward (or forward) to the point where the strengthened and stabilized core provides the solid foundational platform for the power (strength) to engage in prolonged, or sustained endurance activity that occurs within the final power phase (i.e., running a marathon, doing a certain number of laps in the pool, being able to walk for 30 to 45 minutes, etc., or whatever your goal). Essentially, it is a wonderful, scientifically-tested and approved method for getting into shape. And although it might sound a little complex, it is really a simple process, when executed at the hands of a professional trainer who can create just the right program to fit your unique situation…this is NOT a cookie-cutter approach, but instead, is a tailor-made regimen designed SPECIFICALLY FOR YOU!
