MULTI TRAINER PLATFORM: We offer clients an optional multi level training platform where clients have the opportunity to work with two trainers to keep workouts interesting and exhilarating. Our training incorporates all forms of training in an integrative fashion as part of a progressive system. Within this system, we focus on 3 fitness targets: cardio, flexibility, and strength with clear objectives to ensure optimal fitness results.
