Boot Camp

Get fit to achieve the look, the feel, the performance Tuesday and Thursday at 6am and Saturday at 9am. Lose weight and improve your endurance, flexibility and strength. Our most popular event.

A jumprope will be the cornerstone of our boot camps to improve your total body conditioning, weight-loss potential and coordination. The fitness targets of the boot camp are broken up into three categories — cardio, flexibility, and strength— over a three day span while progressively increasing the intensity with fun and exciting exercises.

Project Fitness presents Healthy Happy Hour - a social activity that brings together health enthusiasts, professionals, and the general community in a cooperative, relaxed, and fun environment. During the event, we eat, drink, and discuss various topic in the realm of health and wellness in an open forum. Past topics, presented by leading professionals and experts, ranged from organic farming to acupuncture to sex talks and the health benefits of aphrodesiacs. Interact with local run groups and find out who's running in your neighborhood.

Experience a dynamic workout followed by buffet brunch catered by the new high-end Hilton Garden Inn, and recharge with a complimentary Mimosa or Bloody Mary. Space is limited, so sign up now!

The session will include a light warm up before performing body weight exercises during a dynamic workout to improve the physical fitness of beginners and challenge the core strength and endurance of more conditioned individuals.
